We had the best day ever, all my guests loved the venue so I'm glad I chose Alexander House, it’s amazing! Danni Beach is brilliant, so much worry for nothing as it all fell into place. Bless my dad he was so nervous and had far too much red wine he was in bed very early. Thank you again I will highly recommend you! We will be back for a long weekend on our Anniversary without the baby as we missed the spa on the Sunday.
Thank you so much for organising what was an amazing day, not only for us but for all of our guests as well. So many people have complimented us on not only the venue which I totally agree is a beautiful hotel, but the feel of the hotel, the way the staff attended to our every need, yet seeming to remain in the background and the quality of the food and drink was a big hit not only with the day guests but the amount of people who have commented on how nice the hog roast was – one of the best was said by several. William and I unfortunately did not have any – we were still full up from the wedding breakfast!From a personal view, my wedding day was everything and more that I could have hoped for. The hotel was stunning, the grounds were lovely and we have got some beautiful wedding photos. The library was small and informal for our ceremony which was perfect and the way that Bows Hire transformed the room downstairs was magical. I came back from the hairdressers and went downstairs to take a sneaky peak and I was blown away. I have to admit to having a small tear too. The room really did look beautiful.
I would just like to extend my very sincere thanks for your help in arranging our wedding. We had a wonderful day, not least because it went without a hitch and your colleagues at the hotel, particularly the girls that looked after our party throughout the day were a delight! Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and efficient. Please extend our appreciation and gratitude to them. This was the reaction of one of the guests at our wedding and that included their own. Helen and her team were amazing from initial meeting right up to the day itself, the organisation was absolutely seemless aided on the day by Paul Smith our toast master the day could not have gone better. we actually got married at the hotel itself and I'd thoroughly recommend it as guests could relax right from the start, after the ceremony we went to the main reception room and onto the lawns for photos champagne and canapes, then to Shelley and Wakehurst suite for the wedding breakfast itself, all 4 courses were absolute perfection (compliments to the chef) accompanied by wines we'd chosen which everyone raved about. after the speeches and coffee the room was reset for the evening and cake cutting whilst we spilled out onto the patio area for drinks. The whole day was perfect and the Alexander house hotel is the perfect venue to get married in, not to mention the luxurious bridal suite and private breakfast the following morning where all our guests who stayed were invited
We had our wedding breakfast and evening reception at Alexander House on the 26th May. Helen was our wedding planner, she was excellent, very attentive and accommodating! The day itself went like a dream, the sun was shining, which meant we had our welcome drinks out on the lawn, such a beautiful setting! The staff on the day were excellent! You wont be dissapointed if you book this venue!! Lots of great comments from our guests about the venue and staff! We cant wait to go back again :0)
We got married at Alexander House on the 19th August 2012 and we had the most amazing day, every thing was perfect from the start, Hannah our wedding planner was so helpful with nothing being to much trouble. The food and the wine were exceptional with all our guests saying how gorgeous it was. We had glorious weather which meant that we were able to make the most of the beautilful grounds for the champagne drinks reception and photos. Our evening reception was in the Shelley and Wakehurst Suite which was just right to celebrate with our evening guests. To round the day off we stayed in the Henley Suite which is just as luxurious as you would expect. Thank you again to Hannah and all the staff on the day who helped to make our day perfect.
