Alexander House and Utopia Spa is set in 170 acres of private gardens and parklands in an idyllic part of the Sussex countryside. Despite its close proximity to Gatwick Airport, the hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet, nestled among 15 acres of mature gardens with a 250-year-old Monkey Puzzle Tree and a conifer planted by the late Queen Mother. With wisteria, rhododendrons and roses, the beautiful manicured gardens and surrounding grounds are a delight to explore and are home to a wide variety of birds, resident rabbits, squirrels and our family of deer. We offer all residents use of Mountain Bikes on our designated Trekking Trail and wellingtons should you wish to explore our grounds on foot.
