Planning your Special Day
At Alexander House Hotel our friendly and efficient staff are here for you to make your Special day a "Day to Remember".Your dedicated Wedding Coordiantor will be able to help you arrange the whole day and recommend the right suppliers of cakes, flowers and musicians to fit in with your own ideas and to compliment the hotel and restaurant.
For weddings up to 100 guests, The Shelley and adjacent Wakehurst Suites are the perfect venues. Whilst attached to the main hotel these suites can be accessed through their own entrance and have their own garden.
The large private terrace outside can be used for outdoor ceremony seating or for drinks receptions.
On arrival your guests will be welcomed in a private Wedding Garden or Reception Suite.
If you want a traditional daytime wedding we can accommodate 20 - 45 guests with your wedding breakfast being held in the opulent Alexander's Restaurant. Drinks can be served in the South lounge or on the south terrace, and if you wish to get married at Alexander House, we have rooms that are licensed your ceremony.
Whether is be an intimate wedding in the Main House or a larger "House Party" in the Shelley & Wakehurst Suite - Alexander House is truly an ideal venue for this very special occasion.
Relax and unwind in one of our individually styled bedrooms or suites, some with 4 poster beds, all designed with comfort and elegance in mind. Indulge in our luxurious over-sized bathrooms, designed using marble, granite and limestone, each with its own exquisite style.
Our attention to detail means that you are able to totally focus on your special day.

THE NIGHT BEFORE
The night before the wedding is a precious time for brides in preparation for the big day. Many Brides choose to stay at Rowhill Grange the night prior, to indulge body and mind with gorgeous treatments at Utopia; our award winning spa. It helps the Bride to feel calm, relaxed and radiant, anticipating the day, feeling her best.
Our professional hair salon can also style the Bride’s hair on the day.
For a week-end of ultimate pampering in stunning surroundings, Alexander House are more than happy to host the hen party for Brides and their female friends.
