Wedding Options at Langshott Manor
Langshott Manor provides a variety of bespoke packages to suit all budgets - whether you decide to hire the hotel for exclusive use or choose a more discreet service - our wedding coordinators are on hand to help make your special day.
Our manicured grounds are ideal for wedding photographs and champagne toasts, with wisteria, private woodlands and a stunning rose garden. The hotel is fully licensed for civil weddings and civil partnerships.
If you decide to hire the property and its surrounding three acres of gardens for exclusive use, you and your guests can celebrate your marriage in a private house party atmosphere, and then sleep well in our 22 luxurious and beautifully designed rooms.
For smaller events, Langshott offers a variety of locations for ceremonies, which can be held in The Lounge, The Boardroom or in our AA two Rosette Mulberry Restaurant.
- The Lounge is suited to intimate wedding ceremonies, whilst the Boardroom and Mulberry Restaurant are ideal for hosting larger gatherings.
- Combined, The Morning Room and Lounges have views encompassing the award winning gardens and can provide stylish catering for 10 - 50 guests.
- Reception drinks can be taken in oak panelled lounges, in the Gallery or in the award winning gardens followed by the wedding breakfast served in Mulberry, which can cater for 20 - 60 guests.
Exclusive Use Of The Manor
For the ultimate celebration we offer exclusive use of Langshott Manor for you, your family and friends. This includes all 22 individually designed bedrooms and suites, lounges and bar, Mulberry Restaurant as well as the Gardens and Grounds. In addition to this we include the ceremony room hire, Our Resident DJ for the Evening and breakfast for your guests the following morning.
Exclusive use of the venue allows you to continue your celebrations into the late evening. For suggested timings, please see main brochure on page 4. We have put together two packages for you to choose from which are on the attached pages as Act 1 and Act 2 and are in addition to the Exclusive Hire below. Also attached you will find our evening buffet options and menus.

Traditional Daytime Weddings
From 10 - 60 guests Sunday - Friday. Parties between 10 and 20 guests can use one of our elegant private dining rooms and parties between 20 and up to 60 we use our Mulberry restaurant. Enjoy all the traditional elements of just an elegant Wedding for you and your friends. Choose from our Act 1 or Act 2 packages.
On The Quiet
Our unique package designed "Just the Two of you" or with a couple of Friends and Family. We provide everything, leaving you with virtually no planning requirements.
Included are the Ceremony room hire, Bridal Bouquet, Groom's Buttonhole, 1 Pedestal Arrangement for the Ceremony Room, Up to 12 Photographs, Two Witnesses (if required), Champagne and Canapés, A La Carte Dinner in the Mulberry Restaurant and overnight Accommodation in one of our Elite Bedrooms.£995.00 for all of the above, Subject to Availability.
