Of Rowhill Grange
Many thanks to everyone at Rowhill Grange, especially to Jess, Carol and Penny for making our wedding absolutely perfect. We had an On the Quiet package at Rowhill & Jess was fantastic arranging the day for us and was a great witness, too. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff we came into contact with, providing us with anything and everything we could wish for. We stayed the night before our wedding and we were allowed to stay in this room much later than a regular checkout so we could get ready before our wedding night room was ready for us. Food was excellent, we were given preferential treatment and given space all to ourselves away from other hotel guests for our wedding dinner. All of this was organised to suit us and our time frames. I have nothing but praise and thanks for everyone at Rowhill. Highly recommended.
From the moment we arrivad we were treated with nothing but the very best personnel, attentive and friendliest 5 star service any wedding party could wish to ask for, nothing was too much trouble. Our thanks must go to your Front of House Manager Marina and her assistant Chris. Chris was very attentive having been called over by the top table twice in the middle of his service of the room, what ever he was doing was momentarily put on hold until he had dealt with our small request, attentive at every opportunity.
I just wanted to sincerely thank you and all the staff at Rowhill Grange who helped make Andy & my wedding day truly magical, we can't thank you enough for what was a totally amazing day from start to finish, as the bride I couldn't have wished for more it was perfect, all our guest had a thoroughly good time and had nothing but high praise for the venue & lovely staff that were part of the day. I would highly recommend Rowhill Grange & your team to anyone planning their special day.
We want to send our huge thanks to you and your team for everything you did for our wedding on 10th November. We had an absolutely amazing day and cannot fault any of it. So many of our guests have said what a great time they had and many have commented on what a beautiful venue it was.My parents were particularly impressed with the staff working on the evening and have commented on how good the service was. They said staff were unobtrusive but incredibly quick to deal with any incident that occured. Bar staff were very friendly and we are very happy with the way the bar tab was managed. Please also pass on our thanks to the DJ who ensured there was a busy dance floor all evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the music selection. We look forward to coming back to Rowhill Grange in the future and would definitely recommend the wedding service you provide.
From our arrival at Rowhill Grange the day before the wedding to right up until when we left the day following the wedding the service was first class. Every detail of the wedding came together perfectly and everybody did an amazing job. The restaurant manager on the day was brilliant, he called me Mrs Dodd everytime he saw me which was a lovely touch as it helped me get used to it! You (Penny) were amazing yourself and everything leading up to the wedding and on the day went so smoothly and we have you to thank you for that, you allowed us to have our perfect wedding. The 'On The Quiet' package is such a fantastic idea(even if we did stretch the numbers to the max, especially with my surprise guest) and it is not something I saw offered at any other venue. We have been trying to think of some constructive critisism we could give you, however you pretty much got it nailed and we could not think of anything we would want done differently! We will definitely be making regular visits to Rowhill and be recommending it to anybody we can!

We had the best day of our lives and our guests have nothing but great and lovely things to say. Thanks to you, we have only special memories of our special day. We really do appreciate all that you did for us, in making our day as stress free as it could possibly be. Penny thank you for helping me with all our wedding preparations, it was stress-free as you took a lot in to your own hands. You were also very flexible and understanding with regards to menu's etc.. Thank you. Marina and Chris thank you for all you did with regards to having our ceremony outside, that really was something we really had hoped for, and I don't know how but you made it happen!! You made everything run smoothly for us the whole day. Thank you so much. Rowhill Grange for us is by far the best place we could have ever chosen for our special day.
