Rowhill Grange Hotel & Spa Private Dining Information Rowhill Grange is a beautiful, part thatched Victorian manor house set amidst 9 acres of English country gardens with a small lake, wooded glade and manicured lawns. Situated less than 2 miles from both junction 3 of the M25/M20 and the A2/M25 intersection, Rowhill Grange seems a million miles away from the edge of London. Regular train services take approximately 30 minutes from London Victoria station, and historic Greenwich is just 15 minutes away. Rowhill Grange is the area’s highest rated 4 star hotel, offering the finest individually designed bedrooms including suites and four poster rooms, and is also home to the exclusive Utopia Health and Leisure Spa. There are various venues for private dining functions, all offering equal charm and character and suitable for varying numbers of guests. TERRACE ROOM ROOM HIRE - £150.00 Available for parties between 12 and 24 guests, the Terrace Room may either be used for a luncheon party from 12.00 noon until 6.00 p.m. or for an evening function from 7.00 p.m. until midnight. THE CLOCKHOUSE SUITE ROOM HIRE - £450.00 The Clockhouse Suite comprises of a large bar area, lounge and dining room complete with a dance floor making it an ideal venue accommodating guest numbers of a minimum of 60 to a maximum of 150. Again this venue may be used for either a lunch party until 6.00 p.m. or a dinner party through until midnight. AFTER DINNER DRINKS Liqueur’s port and brandy can be offered at the end of your meal to add the finishing touches to the occasion. TERMS AND CONDITIONS We try to keep our terms and conditions as simple as possible, but please do not hesitate to contact us if any point is unclear. The following conditions apply to all those wishing to book a private dining function at Rowhill Grange. A deposit equivalent to that of the room hire charge will be required to confirm a booking and is payable no later than 7 days of making a reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • For guest numbers of up to 20 the room hire charge will be charged at the time of confirmation. • For guest numbers of more than 20 the room hire charge will be charged at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be required 2 weeks prior to the function date with any extras payable on departure. In order to achieve our normal high standards of organisation, we require your final numbers no later than two weeks before the event. This figure will be the minimum number charged for and will not be less than 90% of the original numbers booked. In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking, please note the following charges. For guests numbers for up to 20 • For cancellations between 4 weeks and 1 week before the event, 50% of the estimated account is due • For cancellations between 1 week before the event and the original date of the event, the full account will be due. For 20 or more guests • For cancellations between 3 months and 8 weeks before the event, 50% of the estimated account is due. • For cancellations between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the event, 75% of the estimated account is due. • For cancellations between 2 weeks before the event and the original date of the event, the full account will be due. The company does not accept liability or responsibility for the property or personal welfare of customers or their guests in any area of the hotel premises or grounds. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, the maximum numbers quoted for each venue must not be exceeded. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are current. However, the company reserves the right to change prices quoted and menu content without prior notice. In exceptional circumstances, the company reserves the right to change room venues if necessary. |
