Is payment needed to book an individual treatment?
A pre-payment will be required for all individual treatments.

What if I need to cancel a treatment?
You will need to call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise we will have to charge you for the full amount.

What if I need to cancel a Spa Day?
All spa days are non-refundable and we require 7 days notice of cancellation at which time the date of your booking can be transferred, if a cancellation is made within the 7 days, the booking is unable to be transferred to another date.

How long are the vouchers valid for?
All vouchers are valid for one year from the date purchased.

Is a deposit required when booking an overnight stay?
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per person is required at the time of making the reservation and a credit card number is taken in order to confirm you booking.

How long in advance would I need to book a spa day for a weekend?
We recommend at least 6 weeks notice prior to your date of choice for weekends

What time do we check in and check out of the Hotel?
Check in at the hotel is 3pm and check out of the room is 11am on departure.

What do we need to bring with us?
We suggest you wear casual, comfortable clothing, as well as bringing with you your swimwear and suitable footwear for the changing rooms, wet areas and other areas of the spa and hotel. The Gymnasium is available for our Spa Day guest's everyday. If you wish to exercise please ensure the appropriate footwear and clothing are worn.

A £10.00 per person refundable deposit is taken on arrival for Towels, robes and flip flops.
