Spa facilities are available to all guests over the age of 18.
Accommodation is normally available from 3pm on the day of your arrival, use of the spa facilities can be enjoyed from this time. On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 11am. For Those guests staying on a Leisure Break, you may continue to use the spa facilities until this time. For those guests staying on one of our specific Spa Breaks, your use of spa facilities is extended until 3pm. We can store any luggage you might have while you continue to enjoy any further treatments.
We respectfully advise you that we are unable to give specific appointment times for treatments that are included as part of your stay until the day of your arrival. Please note that any inclusive treatments may be scheduled from 3pm on your day of arrival until 3pm on your day of departure. For those guests enjoying the Utopia experience with friends, we will endeavour to arrange similar treatment times.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per person is required for all guests staying on a Spa Break at the time of making your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per room is required for all other bookings. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, with the exception of Visa Electron. Cheques are accepted with a Bank Guarantee Card. All prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated and based on double occupancy. A supplement of £50.00 per night will apply to single occupancy.
Settlement of outstanding balance is on departure.
Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged in full unless we are able to resell your room at which time all monies will be refunded less your original deposit. We strongly advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of their stay. A more flexible amendment policy is available to allow for any unforeseen circumstances by opting for our 'flexi cover'. This will allow you to change the date of your booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival. This option is chargeable at the time of booking.
NB: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SAUNA, STEAM ROOM OR JACUZZI IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR COULD BE PREGNANT, SINCE THE RISING OF THE INTERNAL CORE BODY TEMPERATURE COULD RESULT IN THE FOETUS SUFFERING ILL EFFECTS!
Full pre-payment for your spa day and extra treatments is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
A £10 refundable deposit will be required for the use of robes. Please ensure you bring appropriate footwear for the Spa and Gymnasium areas.
Spa Days are non refundable, however we are able to change the date of your booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your Spa Day. The Utopia Spa offers treatments to guests over the age of 18.
It is advisable to book treatments prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. A pre-payment will be required for all individual treatments.
As a courtesy to our clients and to ensure you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment, please be prompt to your appointment. We respectfully advise all our guests to be seated in the relaxation lounge five minutes prior to appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, we can offer you a shortened service.
Full payment will be required for all individual treatments at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise we will have to charge you for the full amount of the service(s) booked. We strongly advice all guests to consider insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of their spa treatments and relaxation days.
A wide range of Gift Vouchers are available to purchase for a Spa Day, Spa Break, Treatment, Dining or general monetary vouchers. All Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 10 months from purchase date.
Alexander Hotels are proud to advise guests of our non smoking policy throughout all 3 hotels. Guests are invited to use our designated smoking areas should they wish to smoke. Please note a £100.00 cleaning charge will be applied to your account where smoking has occurred in our non-smoking bedrooms.
We regret to advise we do not permit any pets at any of our Hotels unless they are Assistance dogs.
