3 AA Rosettes for Alexander House and Langshott Manor

To be recognised for this wonderful accolade is an outstanding achievement for both hotels who came together to celebrate the awards.
In little over a year Alexander House has been awarded 5 AA Stars and now 3 AA Rosettes making the hotel one of the most impressive 5 star hotels outside London. Executive Chef, Mark Budd is the genius behind the brigade whose focus is to raise the bar when it comes to great cuisine. The combination of French and European influences, boundless imagination, top-drawer ingredients and pioneering cooking techniques paves the way for exquisitely presented and remarkable food.
Langshott Manor, the group’s 4 Red Star Hotel located in beautiful Surrey, shared the same excitement. For the past six years Executive Chef, Phil Dixon has been producing menus that can be measured as brilliant in every way. Phil’s dishes are experimental, innovative and greatly influenced by the seasons. The team are ambassadors of using local suppliers as well as home-grown ingredients nurtured within Langshott Manor’s very own gardens.
