Meet Josh Mann – Head Chef of the 3-AA Rosette Langshott Manor and The Mulberry Restaurant. Josh started his journey with #TheAlexFamily in 2014 at Alexander House at the Head Chef of the 3-AA Rosette AG’s restaurant – fine dining is in his blood. Josh is also known for his passion for al-fresco cooking, with a huge repertoire of both familiar and exotic dishes.

Cooking with Josh Mann
Josh like many of our Chefs credits his family and childhood with inspiring his cookery (although perhaps not the style!) today. One of Josh’s signature dishes is his Rice Pudding – of course, with the cheffy twists you would expect – like his brown-butter crumb, compote & cinnamon ice cream.
