Michelin Star Awarded to Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room

After joining Great Fosters and Head Chef Rob Chastenaeuf in April 2019, Tony Parkin and his team have been dedicated to achieving Michelin Star status for Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room. On 7th October at The Michelin Guide awards, it was announced that Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star.

His impressive portfolio includes being the former Head Chef at Graham Garretts, The West House, where he helped to maintain the restaurant’s Michelin Star, being the private chef for Lord and Lady Bamford, as well as cooking at the only 2 Michelin Starred restaurants in Copenhagen at the time, Kommendaten.

Reacting to the news, Tony Parkin, Head Chef of Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room, said:
