At The Oak Room Restaurant, Head Chef Jose Graziosi combines influence from classic dishes with innovative cooking techniques and the freshest seasonal ingredients. Not only does it offer an award-winning dining experience but it also has a service to match.

The Oak Room is open for breakfast, lunch & supper daily. The two-rosette cuisine is both innovative and stylish, and yet also comforting and generous. The Kitchen is led by Head Chef Jose Graziosi who joined the Barnett Hill team in Winter 2019. Chef Graziosi focuses on celebrating the finest seasonal produce, wherever possible sourced from the incredible suppliers of the Surrey Hills.

The Oak Room is a relaxed space to while away an afternoon or evening with loved ones, with a roaring open fire in the Winter and a glorious terrace in the Summer.
