Chef's Table at The Wine Room
The Wine Room, our newly created intimate private dining space adjacent to The Estate Grill is the perfect spot to mark a special occasion - and we have just the thing to make it extra special. Tony Parkin, our Michelin-starred chef of Tony Parkin at The Tudor Room has created a Chef's Table concept in The Wine Room for groups of 4 - 6 to enjoy. Priced at £150 per person, the tasting journey is our most exceptional with optional wine pairing.
An Exclusive Experience with Exclusive Use
Tables of 6 will enjoy exclusive use of the The Wine Room with no minimum spend, and the table is yours all evening. You'll experience a tasting journey like no other, with Tony himself serving throughout the evening, presenting the dishes and of course answering your questions. Alternatively, The Wine Room can be hired exclusively for a group of 4 or 5 with a minimum spend of £800.
Share The Experience
If you would like to book a table of 4 guests without exclusive use of The Wine Room and without a minimum spend, you can do so. On the evening of your booking you will be sharing the space with another table of 4 guests, and you will still be able to enjoy your evening without the need to leave before 10pm.

The Tudor Room
We are delighted to have welcomed Michelin Starred Chef, Tony Parkin to The Tudor Room at Great Fosters.
Prior to being at Great Fosters, Tony was the former Head Chef at Graham Garretts, The West House, where he helped to maintain the restaurant's Michelin Star. He has been in the industry for almost 20 years, working across a range of different kitchens and has experience in curating classical French to Nordic inspired cuisine. An impressive portfolio, during his career Tony has also been a private chef for Lord and Lady Bamford and cooked at the only 2 Michelin Starred restaurant in Copenhagen at the time, Kommendaten.
Due to the popularity of The Tudor Room we recommend booking in advance.
The restaurant accommodates a maximum of six guests on any one table. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please advise us at the time of booking so we can cater for your needs appropriately.
