Inspired by the seasonality of the Surrey Hills, our Head Chef Jose Graziosi has created an ever-changing set lunch and early supper menu celebrating the finest local produce. Tuck into such treats as Pea & Mint Soup with Crispy Hen's Egg, our legendary Barnett Hill Fishcakes with White Wine Cream Sauce followed by our smooth, creamy Vanilla Cheesecake with zippy Blood Orange Gel.
