Cue our private residence options - in the Courtyard, we have the 'Courtyard Sets', being groups of rooms set in wings / floors with a lockable front door, or the Gardener's Cottage - a separate residence with four bedrooms. And the best bit? The longer you stay, the better the rate!

Our Master Set consists of our beautiful Master Suite 43, a large airy suite with a spacious living & dining area on the first floor and three rooms underneath on the ground floor - a Luxury King Room, a Comfy King Room and a Cosy Double Room. Perfect for up to 8 adults plus four younger children in our teepee beds. All dog friendly and air conditioned.
Master Suite 43 has a king size bed and can also accommodate two teepee beds for children. Lounge & dining area with a magnificent corner sofa & dining table. Large bathroom with walk in shower, twin vanity units & centrally places free standing bath.
Luxury King Room (Room 41) - Kingsize bed, which can be twinned if required with seating area and space for one teepee. Bathroom has bath & separate shower.
Comfy King Room (Room 42) - Kingsize bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath). Space for one teepee bed for a child.

Our two Splendid Sets in The Courtyard include two splendid attic suites on the first floor (each has a suite with a contemporary four poster bed) and three rooms underneath on the ground floor - one Comfy King Room and two Cosy Double Rooms. Each Set accommodates 10 adults with space for two younger children in our teepee beds. Note that the beds in these residences do not twin. All are dog friendly and are air conditioned.
Two Splendid Attic Suites - Contemporary super king size four poster bed. Space for one teepee for a child. Bathroom has freestanding bath & separate shower.

We have two identical Courtyard duplex suites perfect for a family of four, our Nursery Sets. Each Nursery’s front door opens into a hallway leading to to a comfy king room on the ground floor. A staircase leads up to a cosy double room. All are air conditioned and dog friendly too.
Each Nursery accommodates up to two adults and two children and gives easy access to the grounds. The entrance hall has space for coats, wellies and any doggy paraphernalia. Each ground floor comfy king room can be made with twin beds if preferred, and the bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower, with views over the grounds.
Each first floor cosy double room has a king sized bed, and the bathroom has a walk in shower and views over the roof tops.

The Gardener's Cottage is set at the edge of the woodland surrounding the Barnett Hill estate, aptly named with garden and woodland views from all rooms. Providing space and privacy in spades, The Gardener's Cottage is comprised of four spacious double bedrooms, with the option to transform one of the rooms into a communal lounge and bar space. When used as four bedrooms, the Cottage sleeps 8 guests and a private space will be set aside in the mansion house for your exclusive use.
Inside the property, you will find four bedrooms (one Luxury Super-king, two Comfy Doubles and one Cosy Double), all with classic en-suite bathrooms, decorated in gem hues with bold prints, block colour McNutt of Donegal throws and Michael Northcroft furnishings. When arranged to sleep 6 in three rooms, the fourth room will be set as your private communal lounge and bar space.
