The Gatehouse is a fully serviced luxury lodge sleeping up to four guests at the edge of our 120 acre estate.  It offers total privacy and is the perfect destination for a small group getaway.  Your Gatehouse package includes full use of Utopia Spa and breakfast each morning - either in the hotel or a breakfast hamper for you cook at a convenient time to you - the choice is yours.

The Gatehouse has an open plan lounge, dining area for six and fully equipped kitchen plus two bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room.  You'll have your own private garden & terrace with barbecue for the Summer months and of course, your pooch is welcome to come too (please just let us know 🐾).  Our concierge team will reach out to you in advance of your stay to see if there is anything you would like us to source to make your stay extra special and just as you'd like it.

You are most welcome to stroll up to the hotel for dinner (we'd love to see you) or you may prefer to whip up supper 'at home'  or in the summer fire up the barbecue.  And why not stay longer?  Stay three nights or more and every third night will be on us!
